We at JCOB by Speed & Comfort, are delighted to offer our demanding customers a higher level of professional service. As such, we offer our 30/60 Comfort Exchange Program to all seats purchased via our online-store.
You may return the seat for a full refund within 30 days from the seat's original delivery date if the seat is returned to us undamaged. Even if the seat has signs of normal wear and tear due to the extended test rides, you may still exchange the seat for a "No Questions Asked" program in which you have 60 days from the original seat's delivery date to find your ultimate comfort. (For the dealer purchased seats, the responsible dealer policy applies)
