How Does JCOB's Return Policy Work?

JCOB offers a 30-day return policy for saddles purchased through our online store.

  • Start your return by requesting an RMA number through our Return Portal.
  • The product must be in good condition with no excessive wear or damage.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Short cranks cannot be returned once installed.
  • Products purchased from authorized retailers must follow the retailer's return policy.

What does JCOB’s warranty cover / Not COver?

JCOB offers a one-year limited warranty on products purchased through SpeedandComfort.com or an authorized dealer. This covers defects in workmanship and materials.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from improper assembly, neglect, crashes, or misuse
  • Third-party purchases (eBay, Craigslist, etc.)
  • Modifications or use of non-JCOB components

How long is the warranty valid? 

Products purchased from SpeedandComfort.com: 1 year from the date of purchase.

Products purchased from authorized dealers: 1 year from the date of purchase.

How do I start a warranty claim? 

You need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending your product back.

  5. Once we receive your product, we will inspect it and process the claim within 5-10 business days. If approved, we will either repair or replace the defective part at no charge.

How do I break in my JCOB saddle?

JCOB saddles are designed for comfort, but some riders may need an adjustment period. Here’s what to expect:

  • Ride for 3-5 sessions to allow your body to adapt.
  • Fine-tune your position – slight adjustments in saddle tilt or fore/aft position can make a big difference.
  • Use a quality chamois for added comfort.
