30-Day Return Policy

JCOB by Speed & Comfort is delighted to offer our demanding customers a higher level of professional service.

The process is simple to our 30-Day Return Policy for all saddles purchased via our online store.

You may return the seat for a full refund within 30 days from the seat's original delivery date.

This must include an RMA # ISSUED BY JCOB (follow the return link at the bottom of this section)

We ask our customers to be aware of a couple of crucial points:

1. The return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
2. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect all returns for any excessive wear, damage, or loss. (We may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund).
3. Our short cranks purchased through SpeedandComfort.com may not be returned once installed.
4. If you bought a product from an authorized JCOB retailer, then you must follow the retailer’s return guidelines.

ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Speed&Comfort warrants to the original purchaser of the JCOB products purchased from an authorized dealer and from SpeedandComfort.com to be free from defects caused by improper workmanship and/or material as follows:

(a) Purchased from the SpeedandComfort.com: One (1) year from the date of purchase

(b) Purchased from Authorized Dealers: One (1) year from the date of purchase

For the warranty periods described above, Speed&Comfort will repair or replace the defective part, at its option, without charge for the part or the repair. Refurbished parts may be used for repairs or replacements. Parts used for replacement, whether new or refurbished, are warrantied for the remainder of the original warranty period. This warranty, or any implied warranty, is limited to the repair of the defective parts or replacement of defective parts with those of equal or greater value at the sole discretion of Speed&Comfort.

This limited warranty applies to the original owner and is non-transferable. Please keep your original purchase receipt with the date stamp to confirm original ownership. JCOB products, parts, or accessories purchased from third-party websites, including auction websites (ie, eBay, Craigslist) are not covered under this limited warranty, even with proof of purchase.

This limited warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, claimed defects, malfunctions or failures that result from abuse, neglect, improper assembly, improper maintenance, alteration, collision, corrosion, crash or misuse. Installation of components, parts, or accessories not originally intended for use with or compatible with JCOB components will void any warranty offered by JCOB.

If you need to return any item you need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) obtained through SpeedandComfort.com. Once you have an RMA# please ship to the address below.
