Order Processing
Orders received before 4:00 p.m. CST U.S are typically processed the same day. Orders received after 4:00 p.m. CST U.S. will be processed with the next days orders. Each completed online order will generate a confirmation e-mail for you that contains your order number and tracking information. If an item is unavailable, you will be notified by telephone or e-mail.
If you need to ship items to more than one address you will need to place separate orders for each item.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We accept international orders and even ship to countries where we don't currently have a distributor. Please be aware that you will be responsible for any import duties, customs, and taxes when the shipment arrives. These costs vary based on your country, the contents of your order, and the value of your order. We cannot give you an estimate of what those costs may be. Please be aware that these costs can sometimes be shocking. If you refuse a shipment when it arrives in your country due to these fees, you will be charged for any outgoing and incoming shipping costs.
All sale prices and shipping costs are quoted in US Dollars. We cannot provide you a currency conversion. There are numerous online conversion calculators that can give you this information.
Speed & Comfort prides itself on honest products and business practice. Please don't ask us to change the value of your order to prevent or reduce customs or duties.

Sales Tax
Sales tax must be charged at the rate of 8.25% for all consumer orders shipped within Texas. All deliveries outside of Texas will currently not pay sales tax.

Shipping Policy
Speed & Comfort offers three (3) different shipping services for any order shipped to an address within the USA and one (1) shipping service for all international orders.
Shipping Disclaimer: All orders placed by 4 pm Central Time will ship out the same day. Any order placed after 4 pm Central time will be shipped out the following business day. Please keep this in mind when using expedited shipping options.
Return Information
If you need to return an item to SpeedandComfort, you may do so within 30 days. Please see our Warranty Information for further details on. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
