I have written blogs and chapters and often give lectures about exercise during and after pregnancy; and also on Saddle sores, intimate health etc. as a freelance expert for women cycling magazines/ events.

I am trying to network more..
(focus ...: gathering info about prevalence of saddle sores and other complaints, first impression about influencing factors, about possible preventive options and solutions that women already used AND about the impact of the complaints.

It is only the beginning.I first want to publish these results and then set up further studies.

I am convinced that many different good products and services are available.
... it s a complex and multifactorial process.

I guess that my biggest goal is to raise more awareness also on these topics.

The challenges ahead, and mostly interest discussion topics of mine are:
